Albany Bulb
A cat painting near an area where feral cats once lived in large numbers. The Albany Bulb is one of the few places in the region without a feral cat 'problem', mostly because a group of unsanctioned trap/neuter/return advocates has reduced the numbers on the landfill to less than a handful of cats. No kittens have been born on the landfill for over 5 years.
